Llucmajor, 1980. És becària FPI del GrEP (Grup d'Estudis de Prosòdia) a la Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Va estudiar Filologia Catalana a la Universitat de les Illes Balears (va acabar al 2003). D’ençà de llavors, ha treballat com a professora de català a secundària, amb adults catalanoparlants i no catalanoparlants, i també, durant dos anys, de professora associada a la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. La seva recerca se centra en el camp de la fonologia entonativa del català, tot i que també està interessada en la interfície prosòdia-pragmàtica, l'adquisició de l'entonació i la fonologia entonativa d'altres llengües romàniques. Ha participat a diverses conferències internacionals relacionades amb la seva recerca com l'International Congress of Phonetic Sciences, The International Conference on Speech Prosody, Phonetics and Phonology in Iberia i Tone and Intonation in Europe.

Llucmajor, 1980. She is a doctoral FPI fellow and member of GrEP (Group of Prosodic Studies) at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She studied Catalan Philology at the Universitat de les Illes Balears (completed 2003). Since then, she has taught Catalan to both high school students and adult learners (for both native and non-native speakers) and also worked for two years as associate lecturer at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Her research is in the field of Catalan intonational phonology, with interests in the prosody-pragmatics interface, acquisition of intonation and intonational phonology of other Romance languages. She has participated in various international conferences related to her specializations such as the International Congress of Phonetic Sciences, The International Conference on Speech Prosody, Phonetics and Phonology in Iberia and Tone and Intonation in Europe.
