If you are looking for a really powerful workstation laptop, look no more: you have the Dell Precision M6400.
Laptops are not as powerful as desktop computers, but this workstation laptop has an unprecedented power:
- Processor: up to Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9300 (2.5 GHz, quad-core, 1066 MHz FSB, 12 MB de cache).
- RAM Memory: up to 16 GB DDR3.
- Graphics card: up to Nvidia Quadro FX 3700M (1 GB).
It’s the first laptop sporting a native quad-core processor, and the graphics card is the professional equivalent to a 9800M GTX. But performance is expensive: while you can buy the basic model from 2299 $, the top configuration costs around 7000 € (16 GB configuration not yet available in the US). And keep in mind that, if you need the maximum performance for games, you are going to get more fps in laptops with dual graphics cards, such as the gaming laptops offered by Dell/Alienware and Cizmo.

I agree that Lenovo laptops are very good, but at the moment no Lenovo laptop offers a quad-core processor comparable to the M6400.
