The Asus Eee PC T91 is an interesting netbook, because it’s a convertible tablet PC, too. It has just been presented in Spain (availability is expected in August) and seems to be already available in the US, at least at Amazon.com (via NetbookReviews).

The T91 uses a 8.9-inch screen instead of the more common 10-inch, so it can keep its weight below 1 kg. The rest of the specifications are the usual for a netbook:, but the processor is an Intel Atom Z520, that is a bit slower than the typical N270 1.6 GHz, and it uses a 16 GB SSD (plus a 16 GB SD card) that is probably slower than the average 160 GB, 5400 rpm HD. The estimated battery life is 5 h and the price is 449 € in Spain, 500 USD at Amazon.
Update: there are already some reviews published at Engadget, Notebook Review, Computer Shopper and GottaBeMobile, with video (and Slashgear has found a few more).
